Lead Coach Chris

Coach Chris has experience playing basketball at the high school and collegiate level.  In high school, Chris became the all-time leading scorer and rebounder at Bethlehem Academy.  He completed his record breaking high school career with 1,857 points and 918 rebounds and was named all-conference as a sophomore, junior & senior.  During his senior year, Chris competed in the Minnesota State Tournament and was selected to the Minnesota Senior All-Star Weekend.  

He went on to attend college at St. Mary's University in Winona, MN and made an immediate impact as a freshman, landing in the top 5 in scoring and rebounding for the MIAC conference.  He earned an all-conference honorable mention his freshman campaign and was also named the West Region rookie of the year.  As a sophomore, Coach Chris finished second in the MIAC in scoring (18.7ppg) and second in rebounding (10.5pg) which earned him all-conference honors that year.  He went on to earn three MIAC player of the week honors on three separate occasions that season.  Coach Chris owns the record for the most free-throws attempted and made in a single game, making 21 of 23 attempts. 

Coach Chris is the Special Education Director at United Christian Academy.

Coach Billy

Coach Billy has experience playing basketball at the high school and collegiate level. In high school, he averaged 14 points and 10 rebounds per game while finishing in the top 3 at Bethlehem Academy for most rebounds in a season.  Billy was named to the all-conference team as a senior.

Coach Billy is a licensed elementary teacher and has experience as a Phy Ed Instructor during summer school for grades 6-8.  He has coached basketball at multiple age levels and was the head coach for 7th/8th grade boys basketball at Bethlehem Academy.  Coach Billy also served as the coach for 9th grade boys basketball for Faribault High School.

Billy teaches Special Ed at Faribault High school. 

“I truly love being around the game of basketball in any capacity and I have learned so many life lessons while playing and coaching. I really enjoy helping players improve their basketball skills and grow (both on and off the court). It is such a great experience to watch someone give it their all, gain confidence, and just fall in love with the game!”

Coach Joe

Coach Joe has experience playing basketball at the high school and collegiate level. In high school he played for the Faribault Falcons where he is 4th in school history in scoring with 1,300 career points. Joe is now currently at Augsburg University where he just finished up his sophomore season averaging 22 points a game which is 3rd best in the MIAC, and 9 rebounds a game which was second best in the MIAC. 

Coach Joe is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Education while playing basketball for the Auggies.

Coach John

Coach John recently finished his high school basketball career. John led his high school team in scoring (25ppg), rebounding (6rpg), and assists (4apg). He also ranked in the top 20 in the state for scoring. During the off-season Coach John spent 8 years playing basketball in the AAU circuit playing for the Minnesota selects team.  

John is currently playing for the University of Augsburg. John brings unique talents to our coaching staff with his hard work, hard play, and hard attitude which is received well by our young athletes.
